Number coding remains lifted except in Makati-MMDA

MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority said Wednesday that the number coding scheme would remain lifted in all areas except in Makati City.

In its advisory over Twitter, the MMDA also said that the following routes were still flooded as of posting time:

* Chino Roces from Don Bosco to Makati Square, not passable;

* Barangay San Antonio: Bagtikan to St. Paul but passable;
