MANILA, Philippines — Operations of the Light Rail Transit Line 1 (LRT 1) resumed operation although not fully after it was disrupted by the fire that hit a residential area in Pasay City Friday morning.

Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) spokesman Hernando Cabrera told INQUIRER.net that the area affected by the blaze was near the LRT Vito Cruz Station prompting them to operating only half of the line from 7:53 a.m. to 8:40 a.m, the one along Roosevelt Station to the Central Station.

He said they resumed operations from Baclaran to Central and back after 8:40 a.m.
