MANILA, Philippines — The operations of Light Rail Transit 1 (LRT-1) were halted for about an hour on Thursday morning due to a faulty light rail vehicle (LRV) at Libertad Station, the Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC) said.

At 6:43 a.m., the LRMC issued an advisory saying it placed a 25-kilometer-per-hour restriction on LRT-1 from Baclaran Station to Fernando Poe Jr. Station.
