Teen found hanging dead

AN 18-YEAR-OLD man was found hanging by the neck from a mango tree in barangay Perelos, Carcar City, southern Cebu, yesterday morning.

Mark Duldabalus was rushed to the city’s hospital after he was untied but did not make it alive.

The man had been depressed in the past few days following the death of his father. The victim’s mother died a few years ago, said police.

Police said there were no signs of foul play in the teenager’s  death./CORRESPONDENT GABRIEL C. BONJOC
