2 men collared in Balamban drug busts
TWO men were arrested by police in separate drug buy-bust operations in barangay Buanoy, Balamban town, southwest Cebu.
The first operation led to the arrest of Sherlito “Teteng” Wagas, 31, in sitio Kamanggahan past 6 p.m. last Thursday.
Seized from Wagas were seven small sachets of suspected shabu, 10 rolled tin foils and P100 cash.

Four hours later, Alejandro “Andoy” Cangke was arrested after selling a pack of suspected shabu to a poseur buyer.
