Magnitude 3.1 quake hits west of Ilocos Sur

A magnitude 3.1 earthquake hit Ilocos Sur on Sunday afternoon, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).

The quake struck at 5:25 p.m. west of Sinait, Ilocos Sur, which experienced an Intensity 3 tremor.

An Intensity 2 quake was also felt in Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte.
