Employers told: Give full 13th month pay to workers
The Department of Labor and Employment reminded employers to give the full 13th month pay to their workers before the deadline on Dec. 24.
Labor Undersecretary Dominador Say warned employers to heed the deadline.
“To employers, you will be violating the law if you don’t give your employees their 13th month pay. Such violations may ultimately lead to the closure order of your establishments,” he said.
