The police said a Toyota Corolla was negotiating a sharp curve when it hit a concrete fence before crashing into an electric post.

Investigator Police Officer 2 Christian Duaso said the driver, Juan Paulo Devilla, and passengers Janden Rysel Mercado and John Dave Ramirez died on the spot. Two more passengers Noriel Candelaria and Kevin Devilla were hurt and brought to a hospital.

Duaso said they were still determining why the car went off the road. /cbb
