Clouds and scattered rain over Luzon

/ 10:37 AM November 19, 2017

The tail-end of a cold front will bring scattered rain over the eastern section of Northern Luzon, while northeast monsoon or hanging amihan will affect extreme Northern Luzon, the weather bureau said Sunday morning.

The cold front will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain and thunderstorms throughout the provinces of Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora and Quezon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its 4 a.m. forecast.

Meanwhile, the amihan will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rain over the regions of Ilocos, Cordillera and province of Batanes.

Pagasa said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will also have the same weather conditions, but due to localized thunderstorms. /cbb
