November 15, 12:30 p.m. Supreme Court, voting 8-5, issues a temporary restraining order (TRO) on the government’s move to put former President and now Pampanga Representative Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on its watch list.

3:45 p.m. In a press briefing in Malacañang, however, Justice Secretary Leila de Lima says a government watch-list order against Arroyo and her husband Mike remains in effect until the government receives a copy of the TRO.

5 p.m. Arroyo camp brings P2-million cash bond to Supreme Court. But cashier refuses to accept the cash bond, saying he does not have copy of the TRO.

6 p.m. De Lima orders government agencies to stop the Arroyos from leaving the country.

6:30 p.m. Supreme Court cashier accepts the Arroyo’s cash bond of P2 million—20 bundles of P100,000 in P1,000 denomination placed inside a duffel bag.

7 p.m. Supreme Court spokesperson Midas Marquez says the tribunal has officially sent a copy of the TRO to the justice department.

8 p.m. Arroyo leaves St. Luke’s Medical Center-Global City after a final medical checkup and heads to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) Terminal 1.

8:10 p.m.  Arroyo and her husband arrive at the Naia terminal aboard an ambulance.

8:45 p.m. Immigration authorities bar Arroyos from leaving.
