BOCAUE, BULACAN—Traffic had been light to moderate along the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) as of Tuesday afternoon (Oct. 31) during the start of the holiday for the All Saints’ Day (Nov. 1).

As of 3 p.m., traffic flow through the Balintawak and Bocaue toll gates had been smooth, according to Kiko Dagohoy, spokesman of the Traffic Management Corp., a subsidiary of NLEX Corp., citing reports from the company’s traffic center.

The lighter traffic flow on Tuesday indicated that many motorists proceeded to the provinces since the weekend, Dagohoy said.

On Monday evening (Oct. 30), the north bound lane of the Balintawak toll plaza experienced heavy traffic. /jpv
