OLONGAPO CITY — Police here have arrested one of Tarlac province’s most wanted suspects during a manhunt with Tarlac policemen.

Bienvenido Guzman, 43, a resident of Subic, Zambales, was arrested on Tuesday (April 4), on the basis of a warrant for human trafficking charges issued by a regional trial court in Tarlac, said Senior Supt. Melchor Cabalza III, acting city director of Olongapo City Police Office.

Guzman has been in hiding since September 2016, police said.  Guzman was turned over to the Bamban municipal police station in Tarlac, police said.  SFM
