Why they won’t get hitched
Dennis and partner Dawn seem content with their arrangement.
“We’ve been together for 15 years. We have two children but no marriage plans yet,” says Dennis, who claims he has some savings and has managed to buy a house after working as a nurse in London.

Dennis says he has already proposed marriage twice to Dawn but was turned down each time. “What’s important is that we’re together and we’re happy,” he says.
Like Dawn, Alex, 30, does not believe in marriage.
