A dog was captured on video being dragged by a moving SUV along a Metro Manila highway.

State-owned People’s Television, which posted the exclusive video on Twitter last Saturday,  said the dog, which was on a leash, jumped out of the vehicle and the driver was apparently unaware of what  happened.

The 28-second video  showed the dog being dragged behind the SUV. The dog struggled to keep pace with the vehicle but its speed was too much for the pet of fluffy breed.

PTV added that motorists called the driver’s attention to tell him about the dog’s situation.  YG/rga
