THE COURT of Tax Appeals was created June 16, 1954 by  Republic Act No. 1125. In 2004, the CTA became equal in rank to the Court of Appeals. Its organizational structure enlarged in 2008, it is now composed of a presiding justice and eight associate justices. The CTA main office is on Agham Road, Quezon City.
