A female doppelganger of United States Presidential candidate Ted Cruz has become an internet sensation after she guested recently on a local TV show.

Search Hayes, 21, was a guest on the hour-long talk show ‘The Maury Povich Show’ after she was accused by her boyfriend, Freddie Nathan Green Jr., for being unfaithful. Her boyfriend feared that her three-month-old son is not his because of their ‘slightly different feaures’.

However, it was Hayes who garnered the social media frenzy after many people pointed out her similar features with the Republican candidate. Astonishingly, she never heard of Ted Cruz.
“The only one I have heard of was Donald Trump,” she admitted in an interview The Insider. “I never heard of Ted Cruz until just the other day.”

Despite millions of views and thousands of tweets about her striking resemblance, Hayes, hailing from Missisippi, disagrees that she looks like the GOP candidate.
