Duterte: Look past my blunders, I will deliver clean gov’t
Presidential candidate Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte on Sunday vowed to deliver a “clean government” if he wins the May elections.
“It would be a clean and peaceful government,” Duterte told the crowd during his opening statement at third and final presidential debate at the Phinma-University of Pangasinan in Dagupan City.

The tough-talking mayor urged the Filipinos to look beyond his cuss words and blunders, saying he would “correct certain injustices” in the Philippines.
He also reiterated his vow to end criminality and illegal drugs in the first few months of his administration.
