TODAY, Dec. 15, is the 140th birth anniversary of Emilio Jacinto, the “Brains of the Katipunan.”
Born in Manila in 1875, Jacinto wrote the cartilla, the membership pledge of the Katipunan. He is also the founder of the revolutionary publication “Ang Kalayaan.”
