Hubby sells, wife gets payment in Taguig drug bust

AN alleged drug peddler and his wife were arrested in a buy-bust operation Thursday night in Taguig City.

Alfonso Dacquel (alias Otoy) and his wife Siena Joyce were caught selling a sachet of “shabu” to an undercover agent for P2,000 in front of their house on Visayas Street, Zone 3, in Barangay Signal Village, according to a report reaching the Southern Police District.

Dacquel, 31, is listed as No. 3 among the city’s most wanted drug personalities.

The poseur buyer contacted him while it was Sienna Joyce who received the marked money as payment, hence she was also arrested.

The SPD said five more sachets of shabu were recovered from Dacquel.

The couple were set to be charged on Friday for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act. Kristine Felisse Mangunay
