Handy Fix tilt starts
ACTION IN THE Handy Fix Super League National Barangay Championship gets underway this weekend with games held at two venues.
The Visayas elimination takes place at barangay Pajo, Lapu-Lapu City today with the host team barangay Pajo facing batangay Marigondon at 6 p.m. and barangay Poblacion taking on barangay Pusok at 7:30 p.m.
Sunday’s games will be at Vicente Sotto Gym in Cebu City pitting barangay Pulpugan against brgy. Punta Princesa at 6 p.m. and Poblacion Pardo versus brgy. Camputhaw at 7:30 p.m.
The game are being held simultaneously in Luzon and Mindanao with the winners in the city eliminations getting the chance to to compete in the regional championships on Nov. 5 and 6 in their respective regions. The winners there will move on to the national finals here in Cebu on Nov. 12 and 13.
The champion team will bag P25,000 while the runner-up will get P15,000. Correspondent Jonas Panerio
