The Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (Opapp) was created through Executive Order No. 125 signed on Sept. 15, 1993, by then President Fidel Ramos. The office is mandated to oversee, coordinate and integrate the implementation of the comprehensive peace process. The Opapp is located on F. Ortigas Jr. Avenue, Ortigas Center, in Pasig City.–Marielle Medina, Inquirer Research
