CamNorte gov’s wife back in his arms again

DAET, Camarines Norte—Gov. Edgardo A. Tallado, who was expelled from the Liberal Party (LP) on June 15 over an extramarital affair scandal, has reconciled in public with his wife on his 52nd birthday bash held at the Agro Sports Complex here on Thursday.

The couple was all lovey-dovey, showing none of their very public separation in October last year when Tallado’s wife, Josefina “Josie,” 46, dropped the bombshell on national television and exposed their marital problem and the compromising photos of the governor with another woman that went viral on social media.

During that time, Josie spoke of how she escaped from their house in this town accompanied by a friend because she feared Tallado was going to kill them, as the governor was allegedly so enraged because he believed his wife and her friend were the ones who posted his photos with the other woman on Facebook.
