30 injured as bus rams flyover column on Edsa-Santolan
AT LEAST 30 passengers were injured after a bus figured in an accident on Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (Edsa) in Santolan, Quezon City on Tuesday evening.
Fe Carinan of Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) told INQUIRER.net in a phone interview that a Worthy bus with plate number AEL 989 bound for Fairview in Quezon City rammed a concrete column of the flyover on the northbound section of Edsa-Santolan at 8:52 p.m.
Carinan said the injured passengers were rushed to the East Avenue Medical Center for treatment.

She said the northbound section of the Edsa-Santolan was closed to traffic, which means motorists should take the flyover.
She warned motorist to expect heavy traffic in the area. AC
