Dear Citibank
Reyna Mae P. de la Cerna
Fort Bonifacio High School
For the past six weeks you have provided our school with this awesome newspaper. I love newspapers. And it was like hitting two birds with one stone when I could read the paper and get some knowledge. Thank you for giving us the newspaper even though you didn’t know us. Please continue to give us the newspaper for the next six months, or even the next sixty years!!!

Article continues after this advertisementI was kind of a “one-day millionaire.” Whenever I got my allowance, I spent it all without thinking. But after reading the articles and doing the activities in Learning, I learned how to spend my money wisely and how to save money.

We would like to thank you because you sent us newspapers, which is a simple thing but can mean big changes in our lives. For sure, [the lessons] will not only remain in SOM but we will take them with us when we step out of this school. Thank you for your kindness. May God bless you.

Thank you for this program. Please continue inspiring students like us. We learned so much, especially about personal wants and dreams about our future. I’m so glad that you created this program… Who knows? In the future, I may be the next Chelo Banal-Formoso! Wouldn’t that be great?

We would like to thank you for the information on how to use money wisely and how to manage it. Thank you also because if we’ve already graduated and we have our own jobs, we can use our knowledge on how to manage our money and how to budget our money outside.

Thank you for sharing your time, money and knowledge with us. We will try to apply the knowledge we learned from this wonderful newspaper.

I would like to thank Bangko Sentral for rendering our nation the currency that we use for our everyday needs. Also, I would like to thank Citibank for offering their financial keeping to our nation and for donating the newspapers to our school. And, last but not the least, I would like to thank the Inquirer for updating us about everything that happens, and for my favorite—the comics. Thank you for all these benefits you give our beautiful country.
