Jeepneys block traffic flow at intersection
Is the corner of Abad Santos and CM Recto an intersection or a terminal for passenger jeepneys? Every time I pass by the area, I get stuck at the intersection for a long time because passenger jeepneys stop in the middle of the intersection on their way to Rizal Avenue. Calling Manila traffic enforcers and police: Please do something about this.
