LOS ANGELES—An Alaska Airlines plane was evacuated on Monday after a bomb threat was received while it was en route to San Francisco, although no explosives were found, an airport spokeswoman said.

All 132 passengers and crew were taken off after the plane was escorted to a remote area of Oakland International Airport, where the airliner had landed from Seattle.

“This morning at about 7 o’clock we received a phone call regarding a bomb threat against an Alaska Airlines flight that was inbound from Seattle,” airport spokeswoman Joanne Holloway told AFP.
