MANILA, Philippines—The Department of Transportation and Communication announced the cancellation of four Manila-Visayas flights.
Cebu Pacific cancelled its 5J-329 Manila-Busuanga and 5J-330 Busuanga-Manila flights due to bad weather.

PAL Express cancelled its 2P-2049 Manila-Caticlan and 2P-2050 Caticlan-Manila flights “due to marketing requirements.”
