LPA in extreme northern Luzon continues to bring rain

MANILA, Philippines–A low pressure area in extreme northern Luzon on Thursday continued to affect parts of northern Philippines, which will remain cloudy and rainy.

In its early-morning weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysicaal and Astronomical Services Administration said that the Ilocos Region and the islands of Batanes, Calayan, and Babuyan will experience cloudy skies and light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.

Pagasa added that Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms.
