MANILA, Philippines—Justice Secretary Leila De Lima said she has no problem with the Makati City Regional Trial Court’s (RTC) decision allowing Janet Lim Napoles to undergo surgery.

The Makati RTC, however, did not grant Napoles’ request that she undergo medical treatment at St. Luke’s Global City. Instead, she will be having her surgery in the state-owned Ospital ng Makati.
