Telco rides new market trend
A TELECOMMUNICATIONS company is aiming to help small and medium entrepreneurs to be more competitive by providing them more opportunity to sell their products through the Internet.
There’s more to telecommunications than just the basic call and text. There’s more opportunity for them to conduct merchandising through the Internet,” said Wil-R Saldua, Globe head for Stores Channel-Small and Medium Business Group.
SMEs can compete more by going beyond the traditional avenues, Saldua said.
“We can help them challenge head on by providing the right solutions to their scale,” he added.
UNLIMITED DATA
The company’s move comes with the trend of consumers now preferring unlimited data.

STORE ON THE GO
The program involves a Store on the Go, which provides a facility and activation booth in that city for SMEs there, giving them access to Globe postpaid plans. The Store on the Go program will be in Danao City until Dec. 15.
This is a convenient way to reach to these small and medium entrepreneurs to avail of the offers, said Kaths Laudit, marketing services head of Globe Business.
The postpaid plan provides consumers with a cellphone and a tab with an unlimited data.
PARTNER
“We are reaching to MSEs to provide communication solutions and we want to be their partner by helping them step-up in business,” said Kath Laudit, Globe Business marketing services head.
