THE Department of Social Welfare and Development in Central Visayas (DSWD-7) is seeking the assistance of the public in locating the parents and relatives of two minors.

A baby boy, estimated two weeks old, was found by a garbage collector in Argao public market, Argao town, southern Cebu last July 31 around 5 a.m. The child was named Julian Miguel Botero by social worker Suchiellla Arong.

Loejeane Lacno was left by her father, Loel Orillosa Palaca, when she was two years old at their residence in Bulacao, Cebu City.

The agency is requesting the parents and relatives of the children to see social workers Suchiella Arong, Loida Maquiling and Annalisa Gubalane at the DSWD-7 office on M.J. Cuenco Avenue, Cebu City, with contact numbers 233-8779 and 232-6581.

Failure of the parents and relatives to appear or claim the child within one month will subject the child for legal abandonment.
