3 killed in Isabela accident

SAN AGUSTIN, Isabela – Three people were killed while two others were injured on Saturday when a truck loaded with lumber flitches crashed into a tree after bouncing off a concrete railing in Barangay (village) Masaya Sur here, police said.

Killed were the 47-year-old truck driver, Abraham Dalloran, and his passengers, Roger Respicio and Love Joy Jacinto.

Injured were two other passengers, Agner Jacinto and Reynaldo Jacinto, all of Barangay Palacian here. They were being treated at the Prospero Bello Community Hospital in Jones town.

The police said the gray Elf truck hit a steel road railing before it slammed into a mango tree.
