MANILA, Philippines – A man was killed when his luxury vehicle crashed into a concrete barrier of a flyover in Loyola Heights, Quezon City late Thursday night.
Jose Alvarez, 45, of One McKinley Parkway in Taguig City died following the accident at the foot of the Katipunan Avenue flyover.
Senior Insp. Erlito Renegin of the Quezon City Police District Traffic Enforcement Unit said the accident occurred on the southbound lane of Katipunan Ave., near the corner of Xavierville Ave., at around 11:45 p.m. Thursday.
Alvarez was driving a new BMW sedan with license plate TQA 973.
