Alay Lakad set on Sunday

The Alay Lakad Cebu Foundation Inc., with the support of SM City Cebu, will once again hold the annual walk on Sunday at 6 a.m.

The annual walk will start at the corner of M.J. Cuenco Avenue going to Imus Road and P. del Rosario Street. The walk will end at the North Parking area of SM City Cebu.

Joining the 20th annual walk for a cause are students, volunteers from the government and non-government organizations, military and police personnel, and representatives from the business and private sector.

The funds raised from the activity will be used for the foundation’s college scholarship program and skills and livelihood training program for the out-of-school youth in Cebu City.

To recall, more than 3,000 people have already benefited from the foundation’s skills and livelihood programs.
