Remove spaghetti wires, Cortes tells utility firms

/ 07:02 AM July 27, 2013

UTILITY firms whose dangling wires blocked the view of closed circuit TV cameras along intersections were ordered to remove them before Mandaue City’s Charter Day on Aug. 30.

Mandaue City Mayor Jonas Cortes issued the order after seeing them in an ocular inspection with representatives of utility firms along the city’s intersections.

He said the “spaghetti wires” blocked the view of the CCTV cameras installed on the newly purchased traffic lights.
