Crying toddler found with two dumped bodies

MANILA, Philippines—A toddler was found crying with two lifeless bodies dumped in Norzagaray, Bulacan Wednesday morning, police said.

A resident, Jose Sarmiento, found the three at around 9:30 a.m. at Sitio Caymino Bitungol in the town of Norzagaray, said town Police Chief Superintendent Bruno Viola.

One of the bodies was identified though an identification card as Reynaldo Follosco, 61, a land specialist and a resident of Gagalangin Tondo Manila, Viola said.

The other body belonged to a teenage girl, about 14 to 16 years old, Viola said.

The boy was brought to the Norzagaray Hospital, he said.

It was not clear how the two were killed and if the boy had injuries.

Police said they were investigating the case.
