MANILA, Philippines—A 58-year-old public high school teacher and two others were arrested in Pangasinan allegedly for selling 8 grams of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride, or “shabu” to an undercover agent, a Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency official said Tuesday.

In a belated report, PDEA Director General Undersecretary Arturo Cacdac Jr. identified the suspects as Salvacion Rabadon, Ronald “Onad” Lopez, 38, and Maria Cristina Mendez, 27.
