Petron to roll back pump prices on Monday

MANILA, Philippines – Petron will implement a roll back on the prices of gasoline, diesel and kerosene starting at 6:00 a.m. on Monday, August 15.

Petron said it will cut the  price of  gasoline by P1.50/liter (Blaze 100, XCS, Xtra, Pinoy Gasoline, and Regular) and P1.70/liter for diesel (Turbo Diesel and DieselMax) and kerosene.

“This is  to reflect the  downtrend in the  international market,”  the giant oil  company said in an advisory released on Sunday.

On Saturday, Total had announced that it would roll back pump prices on Sunday, August 14.

Total decreased its diesel price by P2.25 per liter, Protec and unleaded by P2.00 per liter and regular gasoline by P1.50 per liter.
