Villacin new manager of nat’l 16-U squad

THE PHILIPPINE Football Federation (PFF) has recently appointed Stanley Villacin as the team manager of the national Under 16 team that will be seeing action in the U16 qualifiers of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and Asean Football Federation (AFF) later this year.

Villacin said that all members of the Little Azkals, formerly U14, will be absorbed into the training pool of the U16.

To add to the pool, a tryout will be conducted this Sunday from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. at the Cebu City Sports Center.

Villacin is encouraging those with potential to show up for the tryout. /CORRESPONDENT MARS G. ALISON
