Man gunned down

A 20-YEAR-OLD old man was shot dead by a motorcycle-riding assailant in barangay Punta Engaño, Lapu-Lapu City yesterday dawn.

Rodrigo Oyao Jr. was with a friend walking along a road when he was shot in the head.

The assailant drove off after the attack, said the victim’s companion Jelvin Senerpida, 24.

Senerpida told police that he did not see the face of the assailant since the area was dark.

Police are still investigating the motive of the attack.
