Most Filipinos would have relied on ‘conscience’ in May 13 vote–survey

MANILA, Philippines – Filipino voters would have relied on their “conscience” when they cast their ballots in the midterm elections Monday, according to an unofficial survey of INQUIRER.net.

When asked “What do you think should Filipinos rely on when voting for candidates”, 88.94% of the respondents said “conscience; 6.46%, family choices; and 4.6%, survey results.
