LBC robbery

Two armed men robbed an LBC branch in barangay Tabok, Mandaue City yesterday afternoon and fled with at least P10,000 cash and personal belongings.

Willen Joy Despi, 30, LBC branch team leader, and Teresa Reyes, 28, customer associate, were manning the establishment when robbers, wearing full-face helmets and jackets robbed them.

One of the robbers pulled out a caliber .45 pistol and announced the holdup.

Autobus shooting

Two women were wounded when a man shot at a passenger bus they were on in barangay Cogon West, Carmen town in northern Cebu last Sunday.

Rosario Cabagne, 34, took a bullet in the right knee, and Lucena Crisostomo got hit in the left knee.

The women were taken to the hospital for treatment

Witnesses identified the shooter as Ramilo Munoz.

Police said Munoz shot at the Cebu Autobus driven by Randy Tormes Ytang.

Enforcer caught

Talisay City Police yesterday arrested a traffic enforcer for carrying an unlicensed firearm in sitio Libo, barangay Mohon, Talisay City last Sunday.

Jeffrey Robles was caught with a .38 caliber revolver.
