The Manila Broadcasting Company is holding a photography competition in line with this year’s Aliwan Fiesta grand parade on April 13.  The contest carries the theme “Pista Nami’y Ganyan” and seeks to capture the various art forms and activities marking the parade, like the dance numbers, the float designs and the festival queen pageant.

The competition is open to both amateur and professional photographers using digital or film-based cameras. Photos must have been taken during the competition period.

Photos that have already won in other contests or have been published in any book, newspaper or magazine are disqualified. Entries must be printed in full color on any brand of photo paper in 8R size, with an accompanying high-resolution file on CD.
