Parian Drop-in Center seeks relatives of abandoned children

The Children of Cebu Foundation Inc., which runs the Parian Drop-in Center on Sikatuna St., Cebu City, is seeking the assistance of the public in locating the parents and relatives of the abandoned children.

The children could not provide concrete information about themselves and their parents.

Jemar, who claimed he is 5 years old, was referred to the center by a concerned citizen last March 6. Jemar claims that his parents are Joan and Jimboy.

Justin, around 10 years old based on his dental age, was referred to the center by the Cebu City Mendicancy Task Force last Jan. 15. Justin claimed that his mother is Grace and he has a younger brother named Cris.

Those who have knowledge on the whereabouts of the parents of Jemar and Justin may contact social worker Romulo Velasquez at 2557937 or visit the Parian Drop-in Center.
