2 men found dead
TWO men were found hanging dead yesterday morning in separate incidents in Cebu.
Romeo Cabia, 65, was found by his brother suspended with nylon rope tied around his neck inside their house in barangay Poblacion, Talisay City, southern Cebu.
SPO1 Mikie Espina said Cabia had been ailing that may have drove him to commit suicide.

Police said the man left a suicide note requesting that his wake be held in the barangay’s chapel.
