Farmer with tumor seeks help

A 36-year-old farmer from sitio Patag, barangay Bonbon, Cebu City, is in need of medical assistance.

Francisca Bacalso was recently diagnosed to have brain tumor, an abnormal growth of cells within the brain.

Francsica started showing symptoms of the disease last year when she developed seizures while farming.

She and her husband Raulito, who is also a farmer, sold all their farm animals and used the proceeds to finance her medication and diagnostic procedures like CT scan at the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center, where she was admitted.

Fracisca needs to take her medicines regularly as ordered by her physician. However, due to financial constraints, her husband had to seek help from charitable institutions to comply with the order.

Francisca’s body is now half paralyzed.

The childless couple is asking kindhearted individuals for help.
