Army to hold recruitment info drive at USJ-R

THE Army Recruitment Office (ARO-Visayas) in Camp Lapu-Lapu will hold a recruitment information drive for students who wish to join the military on Feb. 9 at 8 a.m. at the University of San Jose-Recoletos Basak campus.

ARO-Visayas will also conduct the Philippine Army Aptitude Test Battery (PAATB) to interested applicants after the information drive.

There are three sets of examinations — PAATB exam (IQ type exam), army qualifying exam (test on mental alertness) and special written exam.

The examinations for officers and candidate soldiers will also be conducted every Wednesday at Camp Lapu-Lapu headquarters in Lahug, Cebu City.

Walk in applicants are accepted.

Requirements for candidate soldiers exam include high school diploma, Form 137/138, NSO-certified birth certificate, certificate of training from Tesda, any valid ID and pencil no. 2 and ballpen.

Applicants for officers exam must bring college diploma, transcript of records, NSO-certified birth certificate, any valid ID and pencil no. 2 and ballpen.

Applicants should wear white t-shirt, pants and rubber shoes.
