A janitor at Ninoy Aquino International Airport returned a pouch containing about P100,000 in cash that was left by a domestic flight passenger at Terminal 3 on Tuesday.

The Manila International Airport Authority, state operator of Naia, said Ronnie Oquendo turned over the pouch to the lost-and-found section, which then contacted the owner, Arsenia Tajan, who reported the loss upon her arrival at Bacolod City.

According to the MIAA, Oquendo found the pouch at the women’s toilet at Terminal 3.  The pouch, he said, also contained a rosary along with the wads of cash.
