Obama arrives at US Capitol for second inauguration

WASHINGTON—Barack Obama arrived at the US Capitol Monday ahead of his inauguration as US president for a second term.

Obama was greeted by leaders of Congress before he takes his position on the West Front of the iconic white domed building, where he will take the oath of office and deliver his inaugural address before hundreds of thousands of people.
