Tops offers a breathtaking view of Cebu

A CORNER in barangay Busay is one of must-see places in Cebu.

Called Tops, the place situated atop a hill about 610 meters above sea level, gives tourists a breathtaking view of Cebu City and Mactan Island.

Early mornings and sunset are the best times for tourists to get the best views of the city. The rustic ambience as well as the fresh cool air will be a welcome treat from the heat of and noisy city below.

Tops has cottages for tourists to relax while taking the view and food shops, bars selling snacks, and a souvenir shop.

There are also telescopes for tourists who want to get a closer look at the city.

It also has bell tower, a hallway made of stone walls designed as circular arches that run along the establishment adds more character to the place.
